Charity Events and Balls
Our hall is a superb location for your next Charity Event, it can be decorated to your unique theme. Whatever the fund raising event our Hall is a great local venue.
We know you will want the event to run as smoothly as possible raising the maximum funds for your chosen charity and we will work with you to make it a successful day.
Our function room can accommodate 150 people or be split in to 2 rooms accommodating 120 / 30.
Charity Bookings
We can accept bookings for Charity Events at anytime:
- Hire price: £30.00 per hour.
- Licensed bar available.
Please download the booking form in Microsoft Word or PDF, and send to us with your deposit.
You can check our online diary for availability.
Optional catering and table hire
- Round tables: 6ft diameter (free)
- Hire of linen tablecloths £10.50 each
- Oblong tables 6ft by 3ft (free)
- Hire of linen tablecloths £9.00 each
- Banquet roll costs will vary
- Linen napkins £2.00 each
- Set up and clear away of tables and chairs £50.00 + extra £25.00 for evening change over if required
- Waiting on staff - please add £2 per head.
Decorating the Hall for your Charity Event
You can use the hall as it is or decorate it in your own unique style or choose one of our 'marquee' decorations.

Catering
Our catering staff who have over 25 years experience are happy to discuss any special menu requirements for your Charity Ball or event, we have a number of menus please contact Karen Jones for details with buffets to 3-course dinners available.
Drinks
We offer drinks packages to suit everybody or you can order wine by the bottle:
- House wine from £14.00 per bottle
- Sparkling wine from £16.00 per bottle
- Champagne
- Cost is dependent upon your choice.
- Corkage fee for own wines
- There is a £6.00 per bottle corkage fee for wine and £10.00 per bottle for champagne
- You will also need to supply your own glasses.
